At Banana Club, we want you to love your style; if a piece doesn't fit quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Securely place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all Banana Club brand tags are still attached.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once it reaches our warehouse.
